Is it really stalking if all of my tactics are just in an effort to complete a goal (#181 Meet Oprah)? I don't think so and I believe it would hold up in court, especially if the jurors where Big O fans. My latest method of ambush is being a contender in the Oprah Own Contest: Road to the Final Season. It is kind of like deja vu for those of you who followed my journey with the Own Next TV Star contest, where I begged, pleaded and stole over 1 million votes to have my Bucket List show on television. Obviously, I lost or else you'd be watching me on the tube right now instead of reading this blog.
This one was pretty simple; make a video stating how the Oprah show changed your life. Submit video and hope the producers like it enough to put it on the Own website. The winner gets to take a road trip to the Oprah show with three of her friends. There is no voting involved in this contest (phew!), but If you could leave a comment below the video that would be greatly appreciated and make me look like a rock star!
