Let me start by saying that I did not eat Chicken Poop. So, if you clicked on this story thinking you were going to hear about there being bird crap as part of my food group, that is not the case. Though, you will have to read on to find out what the heck I am talking about. Tricky…ain’t I?

In any city that I am in, I am on a never-ending hunt for free Wi-Fi. Yes, I certainly could find a Starbucks within a 2-mile radius from anywhere in the country, but I really like to eat (& drink wine) while I type. Don’t judge.

Liberty Market was the new kid on the downtown Gilbert, Arizona block. Word on the street was that the eats were kickin’ (that means really good) and the complimentary internet access was lightning (that means really fast).

This is an order at the counter joint, which I did. They gave me a really pretty number…60. And I sat down to wait.

I ordered the biscuits and sausage gravy for 6 bucks. The buttery biscuits were overindulgent, yet worth every single calorie.

Next, came the Molinari salami pizza. Whoa! Wait a minute, didn’t she just eat biscuits for breakfast? Yes, Keep up, we are at lunch time now. Didn’t I mention FREE Wi-Fi?

I’m pretty sure I don’t even have to say how tasty this pizza was…just look at it! My favorite thing about a pie is when they let the bubbles get charred, I pick each one off first. Top it with fresh, ribbon cut basil and I am in heaven.

I wasn’t done yet. The 3-layered red velvet cake in the display case did it’s job as the temptress. Lured me right in. What is the calorie count at this point?

There was one more menu item that I could not pass on, though, I am pretty sure it is close to calorie free. Hanging out at the registers was free range chicken poop. Who doesn’t want a piece of that? It is actually a highly rated lip balm, but I seriously just bought it because of the name. I am cheesy like that.

What has been your most overindulgent meal? Have you ever bought a product just because of the name?
