Zin Restaurant in Healdsburg was featured in Giada De Laurentiis Weekend Getaways to Napa/Sonoma. She munched on short ribs and doughnuts, which I’m sure were delish but somehow missed noshing on the infamous Beer Battered Green Beans with Mango Relish. How she skipped these Innovative Eats are beyond me. When dining at Zin, you’ll notice that just about every table sports one of these apps. What the big deal? Need I remind you that it is deep-fried? We all know that just about anything fried in grease is good, but throw in a can of beer and you can’t go wrong. Add the Mango Relish into the picture and it just makes pure perfection.
