196. What’s the biggest lie you once believed was true?
When I was young, I got a splinter in my finger that I could not get out. My neighbor told me that if I left it in there it would turn into a peanut. I believed him for the next five years.

197. In your lifetime, what have you done that hurt someone else?
I have definitely said some non-intentional, mindless things that have hurt the people that I care about. This usually ends up making me feel worse than them in the long run. I have also made a couple of boys cry by ending our relationships, but not in a mean-spirited way, just by being honest. Don't worry, a couple of boys did the same to me.

198. What’s the best part of growing older?
Feeling more secure and knowing yourself better.

199. What’s been on your mind most lately?
How can I run a successful blog and restaurant at the same time? What steps do I need to take in order to do so.

200. What do you think is worth waiting for?
Anything spectacular; true love, a fine meal, an amazing adventure, a first kiss.

201. What chances do you wish you had taken?
I wish that after I graduated high school or college that I took a year off to backpack around the world.

202. Where else would you like to live? Why?
I do love where I live, but it is my dream to spend every other month in a different country to experience the culture.

203. What motivates you to go to work each day?
The thought of creating something deliciously fabulous that my customers will enjoy eating that day.

204. What do you wish you had done differently?
Isn't that close to the same thing as #201? Last night, I do wish I went to bed at 10:00 instead of 12:30. Ouch! Feeling it this morning.

205. What is your greatest strength and your greatest weakness?
My greatest strength is my seemingly never-ending motivation, but my greatest weakness is tackling too many goals at once.

    196. What’s the biggest lie you once believed was true?
My Grampa told me that woman were pregnant because they ate watermelon seeds. They were pregnant with watermelons. I guess that was him was of explaining babies? hahah It horrified me to eat watermelon for a good part of my childhood.
    197. In your lifetime, what have you done that hurt someone else?
I ran away when I was a teen, (for like 4 days) I hurt my mom pretty bad we can laugh about it now though, thankfully. And I can only know now how stupid I was.
    198. What’s the best part of growing older?
    The journey
    199. What’s been on your mind most lately?
Biological clock! tick tock tick tock tick tock tick tock
    200. What do you think is worth waiting for?
Anything that you work hard for. Waiting for something to happen while doing nothing to help it along, makes no sense. Life passes you by. I rather have a goal board, and strive to achieve those. No matter how long it takes the time in-between, the hard work to get there, it worth the wait. Makes the achievement that much more juicy.
    201. What chances do you wish you had taken?
I’m not much of a risk taker, so I know I probably will never travel afar,. I’m afraid of flying, and only do it if work requires it. I wish I didn’t have the fear, I would travel the world. And heights are not a friend of mine either. So I’ve always wanted to do the Ziplines in Occidental at SonomaCanopyTours (I think that is where they are). The feeling of gliding through the treetops, and seeing the amazing views and experiencing something breathtaking (albeit from fear. haha) I would enjoy it I am sure.. but alas, I won’t do it.
    202. Where else would you like to live? Why?
Not so much a location, but a Period in time… I think I am reincarnated from the Victorian era. The dresses, the haughtiness, the decadence, (of course I would be rich, and not a pauper) the music…. yep. I would live in the fairy tail Victorian era. I would be the one Countess that was not mean or arrogant. I would be the one with the best, and most extravagant Masquerades.
    203. What motivates you to go to work each day?
It’s not work, it’s my career. It’s my daily successes no matter how large or small. It’s where I go to make my dreams a reality. And it’s knowing that in a world with so many struggling, I am lucky to have the opportunity that I do.
    204. What do you wish you had done differently?
Nothing. Otherwise I would not be who I am today. Besides, why regret anything? You cannot change it. Dwelling on something we cannot control, is not worth the headache. Just make better choices at the time of action.
    205. What is your greatest strength and your greatest weakness?
(multi-tasking is not such a bad thing ;) Greatest strength, is I never fail to see the good in others. Weakness, is I never fail to see the good in others. Some take advantage of that.

Love the watermelon story! That’s really cute.
I am afraid of flying too and it is the one fear I wish I could conquer. Though, I did tell myself that I will never let that fear keep me from traveling to the places I want to go. That just means that flying is pretty painful just about every time, but I suffer through it. I’m need to work on this :)
